lost password and email

  Hello
  This must be the most asked question but I cant work it out or find a solution.
  I have a wordpress website, it just sits there ticking over in the background, but now I need to change some info in it, but when I went to access it I realised (when my password didn’t work) that I hadn’t changed my email address when I last moved (Nov ’11) which means that the password help just disappears into the ether.

  How can I resolve this problem?
