lost my web page w/ messed up permalink

I’m trying to get back my two web pages: http://www.bhncollege.com and http://www.bhncollege.com/home-2/. the first was linked to the second one. I tried to change the site URL in permalink so that the first page defaulted to the second but it erased both pages. Now i can log on to Word Press but it says i have no websites. I even deleted my theme i just purchased the license for (education theme) and i thought i backed up my file on updraftplus, but apparently it only connected to my google drive as opposed to running a manual backup. Please help!!

Please contact the support team of your hosting provider to revert your site to an earlier version. Support for WordPress.org sites is offered in the support forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ as well. Additionally, you can take a look at the instructions in the help document here – https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL – to use alternative methods of changing your site URLs back to the correct ones.
This support channel offers help to WordPress.com hosted sites only and has no access to the servers hosting your site.
