Lost images on export to wp.org

    Hi there,

    I transferred domains last week (wp.com to self hosted wp.org) All my content was exported fine so I deleted my wp.com blog. Now I cannot view any of the images in my posts I created,, they have dissapeared my the media library to. I have the export file and am just wondering how I can get my images back?

    I have the export file saved and tried to import it to my wordpress.org site again and it failed. Does wp/staff have a copy of my export file or media library from my wp.com site??
