lost content

    Hi
    I recently added a few pages to my website and accidentally deleted all my work by clicking on another tab I had open on earlier that day and pressed save changes on the earlier tab by mistake and it erased all the new stuff. Is there any way I can go back to previous save points? (At bit like on tumblr when they let you go back to previous themes you used within 12 months) Thank you.
