lost back up verification code & mobile authenticator

  • i am unable to login using my previous account:

    [removed by staff]
    email address – (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    reason – i lost my backup verification codes and i am unable to use the mobile authenticator

    please help me urgently. thanks and warmest regards.

  • Please do not share your login credentials with anyone, especially not a public forum. Your account can very easily be compromised and taken over by someone else if you do that.

  • thanks for the reminder. i wasnt aware that my question will be posted in the forum. thanks for removing the sensitive info in my post. i wanted to do it myself but din know how to do it.

    anyway, the link you provide, i tried that too. but when i tried to re-login using my new password, it will still want me to enter my backup verification code to get in, which i do not have. please help me urgently. thanks.

    I have been trying to contact you guys to fix my Account login issues and waiting since days to get reply from you. I have raised support request via support window with my Receipt reference ID mentioned and alternative email for recovery to be sent to, but no response yet. I lost Backup codes and Authenticator is freshly installed on a new phone. When I request for send SMS for backup codes, it never delivers to me.

    My Paid Blog is “chaladi.me” – I can’t understand that paid users too getting less importance. Please send me the recovery to my Blog authorised email.

    I created this temporary account so that I could contact you, since I can’t login ;-(

    I am in a similar dilemma. I just gave my girlfriend my iphone (wiped it), and lost Authenticator and now am deciding to blog after a year of not accessing the account.

    If i need to upgrade to get the support, I am perfectly happy paying the $99 to get the email support so that I can get my account unlocked

    CATCH 22 —
    to solve my problem I need authenticator removed
    to upgrade my account, I need to be able to log on.
    to logon — i need authenticator

    How do I solve this?
