Lost access to admin dashboard

Add topic to favorites
I tried to redirect my wordpress site to a new URL, but unfortunately added the wordpress admin address to redirect as well, so I can’t access my admin console any more. Can anyone advise?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
