login to cpanel

Every time I try to log into the cpanel it does not take my username and password, even though they work to enter my site. What am I doing wrong?
I am trying to get my Jetpack back after it disappeared two months ago. I cannot get into a file through FTP to delete the old file. Help! -
Hi there,
What is the address of the site you are referring to?

Hi @babitadoulat654,
The cpanel is not accessible on sites hosted on WordPress.com. What exactly are you trying to get to that requires cpanel access?
-
I was looking for cpanel because I was trying to figure out how to set up listserv email addresses to use with WP Mailing Group. I set up Zoho email accounts that have our domain name.
We are hosted by WordPress.
I’ve spent several hours trying to get this working.
Some dude in a YouTube video just went to the web host’s cpanel, but it sounds like that is not possible. Help!

@reneeruchotke,
The cpanel is not accessible on sites hosted on WordPress.com. You can only access the cPanel when your site is using the open source WordPress.org software and is self-hosted. For the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, please visit:
