Logging in to my .com website after long absence.

    I want to log in to update and review my website design and content. I have neglected my .com site, hosted still by Web Hosting Hub. I’ve (just) changed my password but cannot get at all the features without re-entering user-name and pw for admin or portfolio. The user name and pw I use to access the site, is not accepted by all the features under ‘my site’. Also, the look of the site is different. I don’t see the familiar dashboard. I can add a blog post but that’s all. While trying to gain access, I was locked out temporarily tonight. I tried to change my photo …now I don’t have one. I’ve disabled the site for now, but cannot do more. What should I do?
