Log in error

    Hi word press keeps telling me that there is an error and that there is no user registered with my email address. Help me! I cannot get log in to my Web page to do any editing or updating and it’s quite frustrating. I have blue house and I’m able to log in via blue host but there’s certain things that I still cannot due to the website because word press keeps telling me that I’m not registered when I fully am.

    Hi there, can you verify the site url reference above is the site you are wanting help with?

    Since you have Jetpack installed on that site, there are two ways you can access and work on that site. You can access it from My Sites at the upper left of this page, or any WordPress.com page, or you can log into that site directly at http://ddinsulationllc.com/wp-login.php

    The username and password to directly log in would be different from the one that you use here at WordPress.com and would have been provided to you when you set up the site.
