Localhost site

Download my wordpress blog from md.rcm.upr.edu to my local computer. So after starting up with Wamp, for testing purpose, the Jetpack send message for server down, refernecing to http://localhost. So I chk on my cloud in wordpress.com, and yes, the blog is pointing now to localhost, not md.rcm.upr.edu. Can you remove it or what I should to do? I dont know if it is the reason that I cant conect Jetpack now to that blog.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
Can you please disconnect and reconnect Jetpack on your live site, if you still have one?
If you’re going to use Jetpack locally, you should take a look here:
http://jetpack.me/support/development-mode/
One of our Jetpack crew has fixed the Monitor emails, so you should stop getting those. If you have more trouble with Jetpack though, you can contact the team here:

Solved, and working. And add the “define( ‘JETPACK_DEV_DEBUG’, true);” directive as recomended by Jetpack Support Team for local testing of a WP Installation. Thank you.
