Live chat support in business plan

I am having multiple problems since I upgraded from a “personal plan” to a “business plan”. Using the email support is slow with responses taking 24 hours, and my questions are getting misunderstood. Live chat is supposed to be included but it is not offered – or I am not seeing it. Any help appreciated.

Chat is currently available 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday for customers with an annual Premium, Business, or eCommerce plan.
