Links to other website in header

Add topic to favorites
My blog is at http://www.thereisanotherworld.wordpress.com
As you can see, I have two links at the very top of my page – “Home” and “People” – both pages obviously. How do I include another link there, only instead of to another page of mine, to another website entirely?

What code to I need

Create a new page with the link to that site as its title.

<a href="URL">NAME</a>
if you want it to open in the same window,

<a href="URL" target="_blank">NAME</a>
if you want it to open in a new window.

The name has to be at least two words (separated by a space).
