  Hi, I have this old account of mine, that I need to link to a new WordPress account created by my website manager… Please advise next steps

  Hi, do you have access to both accounts? If so you can either add a user to the site you need to access:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/

  Or you can change ownership:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
