I keep getting the following error message when I have jetpack turned on which doesn’t allow me to log into my admin page. I have to keep calling go daddy my host to turn it off to get me logged back in. I need jetpack as it is allowing my articles to go straight to facebook and twitter but it doesn’t forward them if it is turned off. Please help as I have tried to disable and turn it back on a few times but that doesn’t work.

Error: This site’s Jetpack connection is currently experiencing problems.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You are not the only one this is happening too. It has blocked me out as well. I deleted the plugin and I still says my IP is blocked even though its not my IP address.

thanks for telling me. Any thoughts how to get it resolved and fixed? It works on my other site but doesn’t on one of them.

No as I am having the same issue, I went ahead and disabled it on all my other sites that I was able to login into. I don’t want to take any chances with my other sites as well. They have some fixes here https://jetpack.com/support/security-features/ but none of it worked for me.

    Hi guys!

This forum is for questions regarding WordPress.com accounts and websites. It appears the site you are seeking support for is self hosted and this forum does not handled questions for self hosted sites. I believe this is where the confusion is coming from.

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different versions of WordPress, with different support forums. You may try posting your question to the WordPress.org support forums, where you can get assistance with a self hosted site.

    https://wordpress.org/support/

If you aren’t registered, you will need to do so in order to use the forum.

    Difference between the two?

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Also, this forum does not provide Jetpack support for sites linked to WordPress.com accounts with the Jetpack plugin. You would need to contact Jetpack. https://jetpack.me/support/

You could also try here: http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack

If you need to reset your password for WordPress.org: http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password

    Hope this information is helpful.

I would suggest you try and see if Jetpack is going to help you, like I told the others this admin is copying and pasting the same response to other people who are having problems and I see this same response she posted months ago with other people who had the same issue. They are no help but they love to push you to use Jetpack. I have learned my lesson. I am done on these forums.
