Jetpack does not recognise my paid plan, how can I contact the support for JetPack?

  • I have two websites linked to WordPress, one of them has paid Jetpack plan one has free, whenever I try to access the support through the paid plan it tells me on the free plan they do not offer support.

    ”Support for customers on Jetpack’s Free Plan is temporarily closed.

    Customers with a paid plan have priority support and will have continued access to support.

    Have a paid plan and seeing this note? Be sure to login to the WordPress.com account that purchased the plan!”

    I go through the link and it shows error page.

    How can I get JetPack or WordPress to acknowledge that I have paid membership with them?

    On the side not it is absolutely unthinkable that there is NO WAY of contacting them directly.
