  We encountered an issue that Pages can’t be edited with Elementor
  And when JetElements plugin is disabled, pages can be edited with Elementor
  But some blocks will get lost
  Already increased PHP memory to 512M and chose PHP version 7.4
  Any suggestions?

  It sounds like your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open-source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
