  I’m thinking about changing themes, I’ve had yoko running for more than five years now….or if it’s still fine, maybe I’ll just jazz it up a bit.

  Many thanks for reaching out.

  https://wordpress.com/theme/yoko – is now a retired theme. So please bare in mind that once you change themes, it’s not possible to go back to Yoko.

  With that in mind, you might want to start a free test site so that you can play around themes and a new design for your site, as so to not disturb your live site.

  The used theme isn’t important for SEO, https://wordpress.com/support/seo/.
