  I’m trying to decide whether to move my blog to WordPress. Does WordPress have a feature where you can publish posts by sending an email to a certain address, such as “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”, and then it appears on your blog correctly formatted? I spend a lot of time in a foreign country that blocks many domain names and blog servers, so this is the best way for me to post.

  Not directly; You would have to use a service like posterous. http://posterous.com/

  I haven’t tried it, so your mileage may vary.
