Is Personal Plan right for me?

I’m helping a friend who has a free site already on wordpress.com. She is selling bracelets in the local communities. She would like a custom domain name and the ability to have a paypal button(s) on her site.

Questions (assuming she gets the personal plan for $3 month):
– Does she first get a domain name (let’s say at godaddy) or does wordpress.com get one for her with the plan?
– Can she add a paypal button to the site with the personal plan? multiple buttons if need be?
– Will her site show up in google search results?

With a WordPress.com Personal plan ($36 paid annually in advance) you also get a custom domain name.

You can add a PayPal button to any WordPress.com site.
