Is it possible to move my wordpress blog in my account to new account?

Hi, i have 2 question:
1.Is it possible to move my wordpress blog in my account to new account Without distubing that wordpress blog?
2. I have a new blog, stylinworld.cn which i bluid it with wordpress and i want to add it to my account in wordpress.com, how can i do that?

1. Are you referring to transferring a non-WordPress.com blog to WordPress.com? You can transfer the content by using the Manage -> Import/Export options in your blog’s dashboard.

2. If you are looking to accomplish the above, follow these steps:

1) On the old blog (.org), go to Manage -> Export. You will download a file of your blog’s content.
2) On the new blog (.com), go to Manage -> Import and upload the file you downloaded from step 1.

This should get you rockin’. Feel free to contact support if you experience any issues with the process.

Hi Mod…

1. I have a blog (www.stylinworld.wordpress.com)in my acount (stylincode21), what i want to say is: can i transfer my blog (www.stylinworld.wordpress.com) to new account of wordpress.com?? is it possible to move my blog (www.stylinworld.wordpress.com) to new account of wordpress.com without disturbing that blog?

2. I just want to ADD it to my account (stylincode21) so in my dashboard i could manage my new blog (stylinworld.cn) in my wordpress.com account…I have another blog (lifeiseasy.cn) which i build it with wordpress.org, and (somehow) lifeiseasy.cn appears in my dashboard of wordpress.com account (now, i have two blog in my account ‘stylincode21’ wordpress.com, http://www.stylinworld.wordpress.com and http://www.lifeiseasy.cn)…my question is: how can i ADD my new blog (www.stylinworld.cn) to my stylincode21’s dashboard (wordpress.com account)??

1. Sure is. You simply need to add the new account as an administrator on stylinworld.wordpress.com. Please see – http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/07/22/how-do-i-transfer-a-blog-to-someone-else-another-name/

2. Externally-hosted blogs and sites are only added to .com accounts via your API key being used with the Akismet or WordPress.com Stats plugins. Thus, you will need to use one of those plugins on http://www.stylinworld.cn and activate it with your WordPress.com API key (found from USers -> Your Profile).
