Is it possible to edit the page that follows a form submission?

en WordPress.com Forums Is it possible to edit the page that follows a form submission?

  I found where I can change the email that is sent to them once they follow me, but not after they submit a form. Since their name and email address are required fields, does WP automatically send out a confirmation email to them? If so, where do I edit that?
