  Hello.

  I’m learning WordPress and building a site !

  I can’t afford the Business Plan, right now. So, I don’t appear to be able to add widgets.

  My goal is to be able to display a PHP page from my friend’s website into mine. Is this possible ?

  Hi! You can still add widgets to a site without a business plan, just not custom plugins.
