Integration Search and fix header menu in responsive design

    Hi.
    I have 2 changes to the theme Twenty Seventeen and need help.

    1. I would like to integrate a search in the theme in the area of ​​the header menu or the header image. (as in the theme Twenty Twenty) What do I have to do exactly to realize this?

    2. In the desktop version, the header menu scrolls to the top of the screen, keeping it visible. I would also like to realize the same function in a responsive design.
