    hi there i just want to know about the instagram feed on my wordpress website…it has stopped working and i have tried to get it going but no luck

    Hi there,

    On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

    If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, you’ll need to contact support for whichever plugin you’re using to embed your feed for help with this.

    What I can tell you is that Instagram is in the process of switching to a new API, so any plugins/widgets that used the old API for Instagram embeds need to be updated to the new one, or they’ll stop working.

    For WordPress.com sites using our Instagram widget we’ve already made these updates, and you just need to go to your widget settings and reconnect the widget, but the process might be different for Instagram feed plugins made for the open source version of WordPress.
