Instaemail and plugins in wordpress.com

I am trying to upload a plugin but my dashboard does not have the plugin button, I just read that they are not allowed on wordpress.com. I just wanted to download the plugin Instaemail to allow my users to send post by email. Is there any other solution ?

I’m afraid that it isn’t possible to install plugins on WordPress.com sites, for security reasons. Plugins can only be installed on those running the self-hosted WordPress.org software.
