Incorrect Charge On Credit Card

    First and foremost, I’d like to say thank you very much for the service that you and your wonderful engineers provide. I’m an avid anime review/analyzer, and with your intuitive designs, guidance, and support, I’ve finally been able to create a website that I can proudly display the many interpretations that I have of the various shows I watch. It’s really amazing to me that something so complex can be made so simple.

    As for my issue, it deals with the “Premium Upgrade” charge. Essentially, I had initially paid a sum of money for an extra domain and private registration. I opted to try the free trial of Premium, and was told that it would be $79 rather than the $99 it is normally. I was pleased with what Premium had to offer, and decided to keep it. Sadly, though, I was still charged the full amount (99 instead of 79).

    I think this should be an easy issue to handle, and was just wondering if I could be reimbursed the difference between the two (considering I was promised the lower price and I’ve already paid for some of the features that Premium has to offer).

    I’ve refunded the prior domain charge and associated the custom domain with your WordPress.com Premium Plan.

    Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.

    I’ll keep an eye out on my financial statements within the coming weeks.

    I think for now, there isn’t anything else of issue. I’ve had a very nice experience overall with everything this site and the creation process has to offer, and this was the only problem that has occurred thus far.
