Impossible to login and contact Woocommerce

  Hi all,

  To use the plugin ‘Woocomerce Shipping Trackings’ I have been requiered to ‘Connect my Store’ in Woocomerce plugin. For that I need to Login in Woocommerce WHEN I HAVE NEVER LOGGED IN INTO WOOCOMMERCE. ( I didn´t even know I had a Woocomece account)

  Now I am in a loop: Password recovery doesn´t locate any of my emails so I had never had an account. So if I don´t have emails related to Woocommerce accounts, why am I requiered to connect an store?

  This is all so crazy and strange and I cannot contact Woocommerce to be clarified.
