Import stuck at "Processing," won't work

    I was trying to import some Japanese-language blog posts with movable type, and it would say “import successful” but nothing is showing up on the blog.

    After trying a few times, now when I go to the import movable type section, I can’t do anything because it’s stuck at the following message:

    “Processing…

    We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”

    It’s been 2 days now.

    @chewykimono, I would be happy to help you with this issue. I just sent you an email so that you can send us a copy of the import file to look at. Can you please check your email and reply there? If you don’t receive the email, please let me know. Thanks!
