  how to import from xanga, i can’t find the ‘Upload file and import’

  Hi, some of the options are now hidden in My Site panel, but you can still access them through WP Admin. Try going to https://ttwong319.wordpress.com/wp-admin/import.php , choose Xanga and upload the file you have previously exported from there.
