Import from a Wordepress.com

    Hello,
    today I installed on my ftp and webhosting new WordPress 2.6 (CZECH version). I already have my own blog at wordpress.COM and I want to move it from there (web) to my new-installed-and-created-blog at my own web and webhosting using newly installed WordPress 2.6.

    How do I do this?? I tried to export – import, but a mistake appeared after I tried to import 46 kB .xml file from wordpress.com (web-blog). This appeared: “Loaded file cannot be moved to /home/www/*******/www/blog/wp-content.”

    Can you help please????

    Or: HOW DO I MOVE MY BLOG FROM WORDPRESS.COM TO MY NEWLY INSTALLED WORDPRESS ON MY WEBPAGE ON A WEBHOSTING???

    Try searching the FAQ and the forums. This has been answered many times.

    You need to ask over at http://wordpress.org/support/ as it is an issue on the import side (wordpress 2.6) or at the web host.
