Using Iframe is not allowed on wordpress for security reasons. You can read more about it here -> https://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
Also, I’m afraid it’s not possible to install a plugin on a wordpress.com blog. This platform already has a lot of plugins working automatically. There is a list with the available ones here -> https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
If you still feel the need to install your own plugins, maybe you should use wordpress.org. It is very similar to wordpress.com, but it has some other functionalities. You can see the differences between wordpress.com and wordpress.org here ->https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
