  You actually have a choice, you can register an additional blog under your existing username, by going to http://wordpress.com/signup/ and adding it to your account there. You can have as many blogs as you like under the same account.

  Alternatively, should you wish to keep the two blogs entirely separate, you can choose to logout, (from My Account > Log Out on the admin bar) and then go to that very same page (http://wordpress.com/signup/) and register again. Please note that you’ll need to use a different email address, as email addresses can only be associated with one username at any one time.
