I would like to follow up my wordpress refund!!

    i canceled my wordpress update 7 – 10 days ago, still haven’t receive the refund

    Hello WordPress.com,

    I just upgraded to premium and got a new domain. I even logged out of my old sub-domain and logged into my new domain, but was informed on my dashboard that I have to verify my new domain via my email. A button beside the “verify your account” inscription bore word “fix”.

    Next, I clicked “fix” and requested to verify my domain via an email sent to me from wordpress.com. Thereafter, an email was sent to me directing me to verify my account.

    Each time I clicked each of the links that was sent to my email, a blank page opened which had this address on the browser:
    https://validate.sawbuck.com/registrant/?verification_id=923061&key=4kug3dj8ef&rid=6200016

    I’m confused because the message in the email stated that if I dont verify the domain, then the site/domain using my email won’t work, etc. The problem is that a blank page opens up whenever I click “verify”.

    How do I verify successfully since emails were sent to me severally, but blank pages kept on opening up? Also, a message on my dashboard still keeps asking me to verify my domain.

    I would like to know if unsuccessful verification has to do with wordpress.com asking me to wait for 3 days before my website would start functioning properly.

    Please reply so I’ll know where I stand.

    I am not certain what would hapoen next, and I don’t want to lose my domain after I was encouraged by wordpress.com to take an opportunity to use the JANUARY20 promo which will expire in 2 days time.
