  How do I zip website files into one, and provide it to me with the sql format of my database?

  Hi there, if you are moving your site to host it elsewhere, or even as a backup, you can follow this guide to export your site content: https://wordpress.com/support/export/

  Unless your site is on a plugin-enabled plan (legacy Business/eCommerce or Pro), we do not have access to the SQL database.
