I want to close my account WITHOUT deleting the sites (there are other admins)

I need to remove myself not oly as admin but as use from sites, and I cant reah some of the people (due to conflict). I dont wish to be associated to certain sites, so I want to remove myself BUT I dont wish to delete the sites. I also wish to delete my data from WordPress databases.

I can see you have removed yourself from a bunch of sites and you only have one left under your account. Is that what you were looking for?

Thank you for your answer, thank you all for reading.
I deleted a lot of sites which where inactove, triggered by my wish to delete my user acount.
The last page I left because I dont want to delete it. There are at least 4 other admins to carry out the work and I think they should carry on with the project (but I dont want to be associated with it any longer).

In the link you provided I read “Closing your account deletes all of the sites you own and all their contents.” . That doesnt do the trick for me, as I dont wish to jeopardise nor kill the project, I just want to remove myself and eventually delete my wordpress user account.

Can you go ahead and transfer site ownership to another admin? Here’s how:

Transfer a Site

That process can remove you from the site so you can remove your account.
