  how can I make the comments showed under each post directly instead of clicking on comments to view them by the visitors

  If I understand correctly your question, you want all your comments to appear on the front page of your site? Currently only one theme on WordPress.com shows comments on the front/home page of a site and that is the P2 theme.

  All other themes require that a visitor click through to the full post in single view.

  Showing comments on the front page is not possible on WordPress.com.

  @tandava108- :) P2 is the theme developed by Automattic for their internal team communications (there’s also a new front-end posting platform in the works called O2).

  The suggestion of adding the “recent comments widget” is entirely a good one, as long as the theme involved has visible widgets on the front page. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/recent-comments-widget/
