I need to cancel Premium but it's not showing up under my purchases

I want to delete my blog but it won’t let me delete it because I have the Premium upgrade. I went to Manage Purchases to cancel my upgrade, but nothing is showing up under purchases. Here are screenshots of what I’m seeing:

The Premium upgrade for that site is on a different WordPress.com account, so it will have to be cancelled from there.
I’ve sent an email to the email address attached to that account to help you (or whoever owns that email address) find it to cancel.

I have the same problem. I want to cancel my innerworkingsworkshop.com. I want to have this domain release so register it with another provider don’t find myself completely confused in the future.

It’s better to transfer a domain rather than cancel it because it’s not always available to buy again right away.
This guide will walk you through transferring a domain:

You can also point the name servers to a different host on the web if you don’t want to use it with a WordPress.com site:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-name-servers/
However I’ve checked your domain – innerworkingsworkshop.com – and can see you cancelled it already and it looks like it’s now available to purchase again elsewhere. All the best!
