I keep getting an error message when I try to pay my Business Plan, using the manual payment method

Hi. I’m having trouble trying to pay for my website (Business Plan).
I fill out all the necessary info, and the error message says it can’t add my info to the cart.

What’s up with that? I’m just trying to pay for my Business Plan.

Hello,

Your best bet might be to sign and out of your account and try again. Also, check for any restrictions you might have on your browser like pop ups etc. Also, try this same process via a different browser to see if the same thing happens.
