I just cancelled but no refund
I started a site on premium that I have not used in the past 8 months. $99.00 was automatically withdrawn to renew my premium subscription. After realizing the dip in my account, I went to cancel in hopes of getting my money back since I no longer use this site. I cancelled a few days ago but I did not get a refund. My cancellation was within the 30 day window. Thank you –college kid who needs every penny he can save

I just issued you a full refund for that Premium plan you cancelled. It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt in your Billing History.

It’s been a little over a month and the refund has not yet appeared on my bank statement. I know you said it would take some time. How much longer does it usually take?
WordPress.com issued that refund the day I sent the message, so from this end the refund is done. (Any wait time after that depends on the time it takes PayPal or a credit card company to process the refund.) It looks like you made the original payment via PayPal — have you checked to see if the refund has appeared in your PayPal account?
You can find your refund receipt in your Billing History, and the “Refunded to” section in the top left includes the details of where the refund was issued.
