I just cancelled, and I would like my refund!

Hello–I just signed up for a $99 plan and the money was taken out of my account. I almost immediately cancelled, and I don’t see a refund!
When will I get my money back? It should not take more than a couple of days.

Aloha therealnicolekim, It may take about a week to receive your refund.
You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.

Okay, it’s been 11 full days since the charge was made, and no refund yet.
Can you help me get this processed? I should not have to wait any longer.

If it’s not refunded by tomorrow, I will dispute the original charge because it was taken from my bank account. Enough, already.

$86 was refunded to your on 30 September. You can see a receipt for this refund in your billing history here:

If you haven’t received that refund yet, you need to follow up with your bank as the delay is in processing it on their end. You can use the PayPal transaction ID appearing in the receipt as a reference of the transaction.
The $13 for the mapping portion of your plan was not refunded. I have refunded that now and you can see a receipt for that refund in your billing history as well.
If you come across threads regarding refunds or upgrade cancellations, please tag them for staff as well as providing the relevant links as you already do. But by tagging them we can also make sure that the refunds were correctly issued.

I used to think that way myself when I was a volunteer, but rather stuff get tagged that don’t need our help than stuff that do need our help don’t get tagged :)
