  I have my site restricted to invite only, and have accepted no one. Yet when I look at my stats, it still says I have a few each day. Why and how do I stop this?

  There is no way to stop this. People who type in the wrong URL will hit your site but they cannot get in and view your content. This is what they see:

  https://oceanelephant.wordpress.com/ is marked private by its owner. You can:
  Request access to view the site. We’ll send your username to the site owner for their approval.
  Log out and sign in as different user. You’re logged in as ‘timethief’.
  Learn about privacy settings.
