  Hi there,
  I recently changed my site name from inthemorgue.wordpress.com to bysusanabram.wordpress.com. However, in my settings, it says bysusanabram.wordpress.com will be deleted. I don’t believe I authorized this when I made the change. I followed the instructions built into wordpress. How can I prevent this? Thank you.

  I checked your website https://bysusanabram.wordpress.com and it’s live and active.

  Do you see a yellow warning sign similar to this: http://prntscr.com/h16tp9 ?

  Hi Susan,

  I got that yellow warning, when I clicked on “Delete Site.” You might have accidentally clicked that, too. It should go away, if you go to a different page and check back Settings.

  Let me know if that fixes it. If not, you might need to clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

  I hope this gets sorted out.

  Hi there,

  I don’t see that warning on the dashboard for either of your sites. Where exactly are you seeing that?

  Also, that is just a confirmation screen. If you don’t want to delete the site, click Cancel when you see that screen instead of Confirm, and your site won’t be deleted. That screen is there exactly so that you won’t delete your site by accident.
