I just checked our logs and confirmed that a full refund was issued from our end on August 18. Can you please contact your bank/card issuer to ask about the status of the refund?
Some banks will remove the original transaction after the full refund is processed. Others may take one full billing cycle to show the refund on the card. Your bank/card issuer should be able to locate the refund on their end. We can provide you with a number if they can’t trace it.
Please check in with them and let us know if you need that number.
