I changed my URL accidentally and can’t loggin

    hi, I changed the URL of my page, dumb mistake, and now I cannot login, the problem is that my host doesn’t answer / is not working right now, and I need to change my URL ASAP to the correct one but I cant because I can’t login, please help!! my website is ems.com.gt and i need to change it to ems.com.gt/ing/

    What you describe is not possible on WordPress.com. I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with us. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
