I cant create blogs :(

    I think my account is blocked or something i dont know.
    When im trying to create a blog i see an error:

    “Oops! Sorry an error has occurred. Please click here to contact us so that we can fix it.
    Please remember that you have to provide the full, complete Blog URL, otherwise we can not fix it”

    And it shows for every blog im trying to create.

    What can i do about it? is it possible to contact wordpress support directly about this? =\
