  Hi there,

  Is it possible to activate the staff email of the former employee? If so, you can generate a reset password email to be sent to the email connected to the account. Otherwise, if the former employee was using a personal email, the best bet is to reach out to them and see if they remember the login credentials.

  You could also fill out our account recovery form, we’ll see what we can do to assist you in regaining access to your account.

  If there was a paid upgrade on the account, you can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchase the upgrade to submit the account recovery form.
