I liked to read and manage my subscriptions but I can’t do it anymore. Plese can you tell me what can I do to have this possibility again. Thanks

Have you tried logging out, force clearing your browser cache and cookies and logging in again? Browser specific instructions are here >

First of all I thank you for your qwick answer: I cleared browser cache and browser cookies but I haven’t resolved the problem. Is there something else I can do? Or can you see if there is something wrong….. Till a month ago there were all right….

Your subscriptions are now here: http://wordpress.com/#subs Make sure that Java is enabled in your browser.

It seems that quite a number of people have been having problems with reading their Subscriptions lately. Please do as timethief suggests and contact Support directly http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

Others have had this same problem recently when trying to view subscriptions on their stats pages. Dashboard > Blog Stats > General > Subscriptions
Click > “Active” for a list of subscribers to your blog.Please confirm that your Flash is up to date. http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ If it’s not up to date then this is where to download and install the latest version of flash.

Adobe flash is up to date, and I contact the staff. Java also is up to date but I can’t read my subscriptions anymore…
