  I deactivated and reactivated my jetpack plug in on my wordpress.org site. Now I just cannot reconnect it to wordpress account and log in and set it up again.

  Hey Kokkieh,

  Thanks a lot for offering help. I figured out the problem by myself :/
  So, I use Brave browser which has shields that avoid pop-ups and adverts. I do not know why but the final step of login was being blocked by the shield. I turned the shield off and everything happened as expected. Now I have Jetpack running again :)
