I cannot follow any other blog

Hello! Please help. I am just getting started but for some reason, i cannot follow any other blog. The follow button doesn’t show on top right, instead I only see ‘+ write’ button… what to do please?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I don’t see anything blocking you from being able to follow other blogs. I just reviewed the account. Could you tell me more about what’s happening and share a few of the sites you’re trying to follow? Thanks.

Yeah oka so when I go on any wordpress page, I only get a “+ write” button on top right of the page or no button at all… No follow button to be found anywhere on the page!
These are some examples:

https://www.theminimalists.com/ and https://www.fashiongonerogue.com/ don’t have follow buttons because they’re not WordPress.com sites – the follow button is a WordPress.com feature that only appears on WordPress.com sites. https://thefashionplatemag.com/ also does not have one because it’s on our Business Plan, and Business Plan sites work differently than regular WordPress.com sites.
To follow those sites, go to the Reader, click on Manage, and paste the URL in the search box at the top to follow the site’s RSS feed directly.
I can see a follow button on all the other sites, in the bottom right corner. If you don’t see it, make sure your browser allows JavaScript and third party cookies, and try disabling any ad blocker or anti-tracking browser add-ons you may have installed.
