I canceled auto-renew on a domain, but it charged anyway!

Please cancel ALL services on domain chcbp.org, destroy all links, and please refund all UNAUTHORIZED charges made on that domain! I canceled the auto-renew shortly after I purchased this domain, it should not have been charged!!!

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
Note the username account https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/chcbp
Is that the username account that registered the http://chcbp.org domain? WHOIS
When you have more than username account you have to log out and clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies before you log in under another username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf the log-in information is lost visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel an upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
When you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade what do you see in these two locations please?
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/
as well as
Dashboard > Store > Billing History

Hi there,
The domain chcbp.org has not been renewed, as auto-renew is not active on that upgrade. That domain will expire on 17 January 2016 unless you renew it before then.
If you want to completely cancel that domain I can do it for you, but please confirm that you understand this means you give up ownership of the domain and might never be able to register it again. Only cancel a domain if you are completely sure you no longer want to use it.
I do see one recent charge on your account, for renewal of the domain, veve.me, which does have auto-renew enabled.
If you wish, I can cancel and refund that domain for you as well, but again I will need you to specifically confirm that you understand that you might not be able to ever register that domain again if you do so.
Also note that if you cancel either of these domains all the email forwarding addresses you have set up on them will stop working.
